Obituary - Carole Diane Taylor Adams passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 21, 2009. She resided at 1618 West 1920 North in Layton, Utah at the time of her death.
She was born September 13, 1931 in Salt Lake City to Homer and Lella Edith Hall Taylor.
Carole married James "J" Adams on October 3, 1962 while he was stationed at Fort Knox, KY. Jim passed away on June 13, 1972.
Carole was retired from Intermountain Health Care. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church, and she served in many callings, including temple ordinance worker. She loved gardening, reading, music, and the outdoors.
Surviving are sons, Michael Richard (Naunie) Adams, Sunset; David Patrick (Susan) Adams, Phoenix, AZ; daughters, Terry Lynne (Rick) Christensen, South Jordan; Laurie (Daryl) Reeder, Taylorsville; Rebecca Anne Adams, Layton; brother, Melvin Taylor, sisters, Janice Fewkes, Evelyn Taylor; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, parentsm and sister, Bernice Parshall.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road. Interment: Fort Douglas Veteran's Cemetery.
