Carolyn June Townsend Botzong, sixty-five years of age, passed away on June 1, 2009 at her residence.
During her working career she was a hotel cashier for the Bentley Hotel, in Alexandria.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Marjorie Strickland Townsend;
son, Glenn Harold Botzong Jr; and two brothers, James and Roy Townsend.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of forty-five years, Glenn Botzong; daughters, Sonja Ancrile (Francis), Dawn Stokes, Gale Eschenberg (Barry), Tiana Botzong, and Cheri Plummer (Thomas); a sister, Susie Townsend; and her grandchildren, Kayla Eschenberg, Kaylee Woolsey, Ashlyn Wontorski, Colton Stokes, Trace Stokes, Aaron Eschenberg, Deven Eschenberg, Gary Ancrile and Ruby Plummer.
