Funeral services for Charles Bollman of 3131/2 S. Stanton St., El Paso, TX were held at 2 p.m., Thursday Sept. 13, 1956 in the Kaster and Maxon Chapel with the Rev. Keith Pierce officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. He was a member of the Christian Church.

Mr. Bollman was found dead in his room on Sept. 11, at 11:25 am. He had had two heart attacks in the last several months and it is thought that he died on Sept. 9th, He was the youngest child of Chas. and Mary Ellen Hart Bollman and was born on July 27, 1873 near Litchfield, Montgomery County, Ill. He was reared in Macoupin Co., Ill. where he was married to Lucy Ann Jarman of Staunton, Ill. on March 19, 1900.

The Bollman's resided in the States of Wyoming, Iowa, Navarro County, Texas and Wichita County, Texas prior to moving to Floyd County, TX in the fall of 1919, where he farmed in the Allman, Barwise, and Sandhill communities. He had lived in El Paso eight years.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy Bollman of Floydada, TX; two sons Wiley M. Bollman of Huntington Beach, CA and Henry Bollman of Lockney, TX; six grandchildren, Charles Bollman of Huntington Beach CA, Mrs. Morris Graham (Doris) of Petersburg, TX, Nancy, Wiley, Louise, and Billy Bollman of Lockney and two great-grand children Margaret Ann and Kathy Graham of Petersburg, TX.
