Mr. Billings, the widower of Bernice Cousar Billings (1916 - 1998), leaves two sons, Paul Bernard Billings of Brentwood and Stan Billings of West Plains, Mo.; a sister, Inez Billings Woods of Memphis, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
