Mrs. Cummings was the wife of John Cummings and was wellknown in Stubbtown. She has been living in ths community for the last 30 years. She and her husband were married 38 years ago in Hardon, county, Tenn.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Cummings is survived by eight of her children; five sons. L.C., Winfred, Otis - all of Stubbtown - Hershel and Odell, both of Kennett; three daughters, Mrs. Daisy Treece and Mrs. Flora Mae Mitchell, both of St. Louis; and two brothers. Two children by John Cummings died and two more children by a first marriage are now dead.
