Obituaries – Frank Rodee
Services for Frank Rodee, 72, Sempronius farmer and father of Mrs. Edith Pflug of Syracuse, who dropped dead Saturday morning at the D. L. & W. station, took place at the Briggs Memorial Home in Homer at 10:30 o'clock Monday morning. Burial was in Douglas cemetery, Summerhill.

Frank Rodee
Stricken with a heart attack, Saturday morning, as he asked a flagman at the D. L. & W. Railroad station in Homer if the train had left for Syracuse. Frank Rodee, 73 of Sempronius, a farmer died almost immediately.
Dr. H. S. D**man pronounced Mr. Rodee dead when he arrived.
Mr. Rodee was born at Summerhill, April 20, 1863, son of Freeman and Cartherine Corl Rodee. He had been a farmer for 40 years.
Surviving relatives includes four sisters, Mrs. J. D. Hinman, Mrs. Ray Lick, Mrs. A. W. Burch and Mrs. Joseph Brock, all of Cortland, one brother, Robert Rodee of Moravia; a son, Eugene Rodee; a daughter, Mrs. Ray Pfling? of Syracuse; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
The Funeral was Monday morning from the Briggs residence, 11 North Main Street, Homer. The rev Fred Whiting of Moravia officiated. Burial was at Summerhill.
