Ross R Smith, age 71, of 609 E Lake St., died today at Community Methodist Hospital. He was a lifetime resident of Greene County.
Survivors include his widow, Jewell; a son, Earl Smith of Fredricktown, Mo.; three stepsons, Dub Dawson of Paragould, Jerry Smith of Granite City, Ill., and Avery Smith of Kansas City, Mo.; a brother, J. C. Smith of Jonesboro; two sisters, Irene Canamore of Wilmington, Calif., and Bennie Morrow of Downey, Calif.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Heath Funeral Chapel with Dr. C. A. Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.
Visitation will begin after 6 p.m. Friday at Heath Funeral Home.
