The plaintiff, Mary J. Johnson, states that the defendant William Sadler and the last named Deft Mary Sadler are husband and wife. That the defendants Joseph Sadler, Timothy Sadler, Susan Sadler, John Sadler Sr, William Sadler Jr, Malinda Shy wife of Co-deft Washington Shy, Lucinda Huffhines, wife of Co-deft Joe Huffhines, Martha Black, wife of Co-deft Arch Black, Melvina Farmer, wife of Co-deft Elijah Farmer Jr. Mary Farmer, wife of Co-deft Zeck Farmer, Jennie Sadler, Ruth Sadler and Alfred Sadler are children of the defendant William Sadler Sr. The deft John Sadler is the grandson of the said William Sadler Sr. That the deft John Sadler Sr, nay a son of William Sadler, did some 12 to 15 years ago leave, leaving his only child John Sadler Jr. That the said John Sadler Jr, is over 14 years of age and under 21 and that he has no statutory guardian. That the deft Jennie Sadler, Ruth Sadler, and Alfred Sadler are infants under 14 years of age and reside with their father, the deft William Sadler. Plaintiff avers that the deft John Sadler, Sr, William Sadler, Jr., and Lucinda Huffhines and her husband Joe Huffhines are non-residents of KY, and reside in Johnson Co, in the state of Missouri. That the post office addresses of the said William Sadler Jr., and Lucinda Huffhines and her husband Joe Huffhines is Pittsville, Johnson Co, MO.
