Joseph Ford, aged 69 years, died at 3:15 a.m. Saturday, from pneumonia, after three weeks illness at the home of his son, Joseph Ford, Jr., in Hazel Dell township.
Mr. Ford was born in Graveley, Cambridgeshire, England and had been a resident of Boomer and Hazel Dell townships for thirty-four years. He is survived by two sons, Joseph Jr., at whose home he died, and James of Hazel Dell township. He also leaves one stepdaughter, Mrs. Lucy Bateman of Salt Lake City.
The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, at the Hazel Dell church, Rev. Mr. Hayden officiating.
