Ethel Mae McGinnis, 94, of Keizer died Monday. She was born in Spokane, Washington and moved to this area 18 years ago. Survivors include her daughter, Lora M. Bay of Keizer; and brother, Walter Dunn of Burlingame, California. Memorial services will be at Keizer Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Arrangements are under the direction of Keizer Chapel.
