GEMBLER - Elmer C. Gembler, age 61, of 524 Greer, died Monday at a local hospital. He was a member of Bethany United Church of Christ, Blue Bonnet Lodge No. 1219 AF&AM, Post Patron of San Antonio Chapter No. 3 of O.E.S., and Haromia Lodge No. 1, Hermann Sons. Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Amanda Gembler; mother, Mrs. Friedo Gembler, sister, Mrs. Henry (Katherine) Germer, all of San Antonio. Service Wednesday at 1: 30 in the Georgian Chapel at the Porter Loring Mortuary, the Rev. Michael Smith officiating. Pallbearers: Roy Dunsmore, L.B. Cantrell, Harold Todd, George Neworth, Oliver Chamberlin, William H. Dube, Honorary Pallbearers: Co-workers 1965-1966. Interment Charpel Hills Memorial Gardens.
