Sarah Stone married George Wyatt Oct. 31, 1750 in Salem, Massachusetts. They made their home in Danvers where they started a family. They had 1 girl, Sarah after her mother & Grandmother & 3 boys, Samuel, after Sarah's father, George after his dad & Grandfather & Joshua. They were married for nearly 24 years, at which time Sarah passed away. She was only 48 yrs 4 m & 27 days old. Sarah is buried at Preston Cemetery, Danvers, Massachusetts. Her headstone can still be seen today & very easily read. Her parents were Sarah Simons (sometimes spelled Simonds) & Samuel Stone.
