She was born December 15, 1952 in Brigham City, a daughter of Merle and Myrtle Lowe Ipsen.
She was reared in Willard and graduated from Box Elder High School and LDS seminary. She was a former employee of Box Elder Enterprises and Brigham Apparel as a seamstress.
She was a member of the Willard First LDS Ward.
Survivors include a son, George Shane, Willard; her parents of Willard; a brother Frank Ipsen, Willard; sisters, Mrs. Ralph (Hazel) Dalton, and Merlene Ipsen, both of Willard; Mrs. Charles (Daneec) Ford, Mountain Home, Idaho.
Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Willard Ward chapel.
Interment was in Willard Cemetery.
