Gladys Ann Webster Blackley, 89, died December 25, 1997 in Heber City, Utah.

Born July 10, 1908 in Charleston, Utah to George William and Hannah Ellen (Nellie) Widdison Webster. Married Floyd J. Blackley June 15, 1927 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Marriage solemnized April 26, 1957 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died April 2, 1995.

Active member of the LDS Church having served in many positions. Worked at Rexall Palace Drug for 15 years. Was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Loved her grandchildren very much. Spent hours crocheting items for her family. Shared her talents with everyone far and near.

Survived by her daughter, Darl (Junior) Provost, Heber City. ten grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. Brother, Floyd Webster, Heber City. Sisters: Burnice Davis and Elva Sorensen both of Heber City.

Preceded in death by sons, William Floyd Blackley and Marvis Blackley and a great-great-granddaughter, Amber Clyde.

Funeral services will be Monday December 29, 1997 at 2 p.m. in the Heber 3rd Ward (240 E. 400 S.). Friends may call Sunday Dec. 28, 1997 at Olpin Mortuary 6-8:00 p.m. and Monday at the church 12:30-1:45 p.m. Burial will be in the Heber City Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank the staff at the Rocky Mountain Care Center in Heber City.
