Helen A. Densford, age 95, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2011. She was born in Salina, KS. to Earl and Nellie McCall Walker on March 13, 1916. The family moved from Kansas to Oklahoma City in 1929. She graduated from Central High School in 1935 and married Raymond Densford, her husband of 69 years, on July 16, 1935. They were early residents of Midwest City Newcomer Service, calling on the new residents of the city with cards and gifts from many of the local merchants. She was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, serving as secretary for a term, and a long-standing member of BPW. She was preceded in death by husband Raymond and brothers Dan Walker and Dale Walker. She is survived by sister, Dorothy Walker; sister-in-law, Tootsie Walker; son Bob Densford and wife Donna; daughter Deanne Wyatt; grandsons Bobby Densford and wife Robin; Ron Densford; Darren Densford and wife Lori; Wes Wyatt and wife Debbie; granddaughter Necia Falls and husband Eddie; 13 great grand children and 1 great great grandson. Memorial services will be held Sat. June 25 at 10;00 AM at Barnes Friederich Funeral Home.
