Porter Drew, aged 23 years, died at his home in Union Monday night. The funeral services were conducted by Revs. Capehart and Burch Wednesday and internment at the Union Cemetery.

Death of Portland J. Drew
Word was received from Union Indiana, Wednesday, of the death of Portland J Drew, a railroad employee of this city. The news comes as a severe shock to Mr.
Drew's friends here, as about six weeks ago he left apparently in splendid health. Dropsy and heart failure was the cause of his demise. Mr. Drew was a popular young man. While in Red Bluff he was employed in L. A. Sprague's studio. He was buried on November 9th at his home in Union, Ind.
