LAYTON/OGDEN- Sandra Lee Bedsaul Barnes, 58, passed away Thursday , January 1, 2004 at South Ogden Rehabilitation center.
She was born August 27, 1945 in Coalville the daughter of Muriel Guy and Velma Hutchinson Bedsaul.
Sandra married Alma J Barnes in June 1972 in Afton, Wyoming. He preceded her in death on February 10, 1990 after almost 20 years of marriage.
Sandy was an active member of the LDS Church. She worked at ZCMI for five years. Sandy was always a happy, caring, loving person. She tried to do her best in helping other people. She loved to go hunting, fishing, and camping. She liked to crochet and make afghans. She enjoyed being around people and always had a smile for everyone who came close to her.
Surviving are two sisters, Murielene Bedsaul, Kathryn Bedsaul (Reo T) Waddoups, three step children, Randy (Cheri) Barnes, Pam Fournier, Eric Barnes, several grandchildren and many aunts and uncles.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Diana Bedsaul and brother that died at birth.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at 2 p.m. at Lindquists Layton Mortuary, 1867 No Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call one hour prior to services. Interment, Coalville City Cemetery.
Our beloved sister we are returning you to our Heavenly Father who loves you as much as we do. She will be with loved ones that have gone before her. We will deeply miss our beloved Sandy.
