Mrs. Sam Pyke, 82, died early Saturday morning at the family home, 1201 West First street. She is survived by her husband, two sons, Harold Williams of Junction City and Rueben Holton of Abilene; four daughters, Mrs. Lillie Spangler of Peabody, Mrs. Ella Beemer of Sidney, O., Mrs. Lorraine Wittmayer of Estacada, Ore., and Mrs. Rosie Hamm of Abilene; one step-son, Roy Pyke of Abilene and two step-daughters, Mrs. Ethel Muchlow of Downey, Calif., and Mrs. Lloyd Goodwin of Oklahoma City.
