Anderson C. Walker
Emmett--Services for Anderson C. Walker, 86, formerly of Emmett, who died Monday at Burns, Ore, will be conducted at 2 pm Thursday at Beatty Chapel by the Rev.Thomas Shepherd of the First Christian Church. Interment will be at the Emmett Cemetery.
Born Oct 28, 1887, in Wilberus, Idaho, he worked for the Forest Service and married Juanita M. deClercq on Sept 22, 1938, in Boise. She died June 12, 1965. He lived at Cascade until moving to Manhattan Nev., in 1930. He moved to Ola in 1937 and Emmett in 1938 and lived there until 1973, when he moved to Burns. he was a memeber of Cherry Valley Barracks, Veterans of World War I.
Surviving are two sons, James A. of Mather Air Force Base, Calif., and Clarence R. Walker of Emmett; a daughter, Mrs. Scott (Mary) Kelly of Burns and eight grandchildren.
