Son of George Henderson (Hence) Terry and Eliza Belle Barnes Sparks.

MOULTON- George A. Letson, 79, Courtland 1, died today at 3:30 a.m. in Lawrence County Hospital.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:30 from Smyrna Baptist Church.
Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Elliott Brown Service Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lizzie Letson, Courtland 1; three sons, Talmadge, Dave and Carlie Letson, Courtland 1; four daughters, Mrs. Maggie Letson, Moulton 1; Mrs. Effie Nelson, Courtland 1; Mrs. Helen Letson, Courtland; Mrs. Venus Terry, Moulton 2; seven half-brothers, Lewis, Jadie, Harry, Pruitt, Ray, R.B. and Steven Letson; two half-sisters, Mrs. Collie Pewitt, and Lottie Randolph; 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
