Funeral services for Ivan Edward (Ike) Robinson will be heldat Long's Funeral home at 130 today Thursday with Brother Charles Presley officiating. Burial will be in the eureke Center Cemetery.

The son of John and Minerva Robinson, Ike was born at Maitland, MO Feb 15 1894 and died at the Atlantic Hospital on Monday jan 22 1962, at the age of 67 yrs, 11 MO and 7 da. He spent his boyhood near Osceola and came to Cass co about 30 yrs ago.
He was wed to Bertha Metheny at Greenfield Nov 16 1934, and farmed in Cass and Adair counties until moving to his present home, southeast of Anita. he was a member of the Fremont Church in Clarke co.
Survivors include his wife; a nephew, Bill metheny, who was raised in their home' two sisters, mrs Winnie Glass and Mrs Blanche Sadler, and a brother, William , all of California; also four great nieces and four great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and sisters.
