MATHEW BURT, FORMER HUDSON RESIDENT, DIES AT HOME IN HILLSDALE
HUDSON, Mich., Feb. 27. - Matthew Burt, aged 73 years, died at his home in Hillsdale last evening after an illness of two years with cancer. He was a former resident of Hudson, moving here from Ransom about 40 years ago. He lived here until ten years ago when the family went to Hillsdale to live. He was a veteran of the Civil War.
He is survived by his wife, three sons, Elias of Hudson, Thomas of Church's Corners, Kiel of Addison, two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Anderson and Mrs. Anna Smith of Detroit.
