Lieut in a Company of Mounted men in
1775. US Capt. in Major Elisha Sheldon's
Regiment of Light Horsemen accompanied
Gen. Washington on his retreat through
New Jersey in 1776. Danbury Alarm 1777.
Tryon's Raid. The only document found on
file of what organizations were present
was Capt. Uriah Seymour payroll for his
Company. Original in Comptrollers Office.
