Ruth Bernard Favell, 84, died Sunday in Klamath Falls.
She was born in Lakeview to William and Melissa Knapp Favell, early Lake County pioneers.
In 1919 she was married Eugene G. Favell in Lakeview. Mr. Favell died March 6, 1959.
Mrs. Favell was a member of the Episcopal Church and a 58-year member of Oriental Chapter No. 5, Order of Eastern Star, and a past matron of the group. She was a member of Zuleima Temple, Daughters of the Nile; a charter member and pastpresident of the Lake County Nile Club and member of the Tuesday Club and OES Needle Club.
She is survived by a son, Eugene H. Favell, Klamath Falls; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a nephew, William B. Combs, Lakeview.
