Mr. Donnell died Tuesday morning at the Richland Parish Hospital in Delhi following a brief illness. He was a native and lifelong resident of Franklin Parish, a retired farmer and member of the First Baptist Church of Crowville.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Florabelle Donnell of Winnsboro; two sons, John Thomas Donnell of Peoria, Ill., and Ralph Donnell of Crowville; two brothers, Jimmy Donnell of Winnsboro and Ernest Donnell of Crowville; and five sisters, Mrs. Annie Mae Franklin, Mrs. Eula Wooldridge, both of Winnsboro, Mrs. Ruth Adams of Monroe, Mrs. Gussie Bonner of Fort Necessity and Mrs. Bertha Leleux of Crowville.
Pallbearers were Jarrel Earl, J. W. Holloway, R. B. Sanches, Roger Perot, Travis Walker, Tommy Earl, Billy Franklin and Danny Donnell.
