Susan Marie Aegerter passed away peacefully on June 1, 2009 in Springville after a long battle with cancer.


She was born August 4, 1950 in Ogden, the daughter of John H. and Velma I. Bateman Aegerter.


She graduated from Bonneville High School in 1968 and attended Weber State College, later graduating from Stevens-Henager.


She retired from Hill AFB in October 2007. Susan's life was blessed with many dear friends and she greatly valued those relationships.


She enjoyed traveling, most recently to Santa Cruz and Carmel. She greatly enjoyed music as a part of her life. She was a member of the LDS Church and had served in many positions through the years. She found great peace in attending the temple.


Susan is survived by a sister, Linda (Dennis) Trotta and a brother, Fred (Deb) and many nieces and nephews. Her parents preceded her in death.


Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Foxcreek Ward Chapel, 202 West 1675 North, Layton. Friends and family may call on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road, and on Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Church.
Interment: Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Boulevard, Ogden.
