She died July 21, 1916 in Binghamton NY and was buried July 23, 1916 in Spring Forest Cemetery Binghamton, Broome County, NY. She is in this cemetery in the same area as her daughters F Amelia Humphrey and Elizabeth Catherine Hoyt Wells Zurn. Her stone is marked Jane Jacoby. Would you please correct her memorial? She is not in the Steadwell Cemetery where Benjamin Hoyt her first husband is buried.
