Second wife of John Hitchcock, whom she married October 1, 1814. They had five children: Hannah Hitchcock Smith, John R. Hitchcock, Frances Hitchcock Chatterton, Elmira Hitchcock Hall and William D. Hitchcock. After her husband's death she was married to William Manley on May 14, 1841. He also predeceased her, as did her sons John and William.
