Daughter of the late Shelton and Janie Parrish Draper, she was born on July 7, 1941, in Jackson County.
Mrs. Goolsby was a homemaker and a member of the Shop Springs Baptist Church.
Her family includes her husband, Bob Gene Goolsby of Lebanon; daughter and soninlaw Lynette and Tim Taylor of Watertown; two brothers and sisterinlaw, Tommy Draper of Lebanon and Johnny and Sandra Draper of Red Boiling Springs; and granddaughter, Brooke Taylor.
