Services for Mrs. Rose A. Sanders, 77, of Porter were Monday at 10 a.m. in church of Christ in Porter with Charles Brackett officiating. Burial was in Porter Cemetery with Mallett Funeral Home of Wagoner in charge. Pallbearers were Steve Staner, Mike Yochum, J. B. Meeks, Buddy Buster, Earl Boyd and H. V. Roberts.

Born August 16, 1907, in Arkansas, Mrs. Sanders died Friday, March 22, 1985, in Wagoner Community Hospital. She lived in the Porter-Wagoner area for 58 years. She and her husband, Fred, owned and operated Pruitt Produce in Porter, her husband died in September 1984.

Survivors include four sisters; Bertha Dorr of Okay, Elsie Meeks of Porter and Blanche Allgood and Ruth Russell, both of Delano, California.
