ABILENE - William Robert Beall, 81, of Abilene, died at the Dicksinson County Hospital Wednesday after a month's illness. He was a retired salesman and had lived in Abilene since 1940. The family home os at 200 Pine. Mr. Beall was born in Clarksburg, Md Dec 29, 1875 he was He was a veteran of the Spanish-American war. On Feb. 5, 1957 he and his wife celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.
Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. William O. Wikoff of Modoc and Mrs. Raymond Miller of Abilene; one son, C. C. Beall of Evergreen, Col.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the Rasher Funeral home on Friday with Rev. Ernest Hull officiating. Burial was in the Abilene Cemetery.
