(1) Lizzie Ruth PLUNKETT on 10 Apr 1921 in Bienville Parish LA. They had one son, John Floyd BLACKSTOCK Jr. Lizzie died the day after her son was born.
(2) Lona (Tupie) PLUNKETT on 01 Jun 1923 in Bienville Parish LA. They had nine children: Hazel M, Harold J, Cecil Lamar, Kenneth Loyd, Beulah Floyce, Joyce Inez, Effie Lillian, David Thomas & Dennis Ragan BLACKSTOCK.

He was a WWII veteran with the 50th Seabees, Company B, Platoon 6. John was a mechanic. John was born in Louisiana per the 1900-1940 Census, Gibsland LA per his 1942 WWII Reg Card and Sulphur Springs TX per his 1917 WWI Reg Card.
