Mrs. Welcome (Myrtle) Anderson, 70, of Xenia, Clay County, Illinois died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Clay County Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. at the John T. Frank Funeral Home with burial in Oskaloosa Cemetery in Clay County.

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Thursday (tonight) at the funeral home.

Mrs. Anderson was born in Clay County to Mary Elfie (Alliphine) and Ansil Harry Fulfer.

She was a member of the Meachum Baptist Church near Oskaloosa, Illinois.

She married Welcome Anderson, who preceded her in death earlier this year.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Tom (Margaret) Vincent and Mrs. Eddie (Virginia) Lamb, both of Xenia, Illinois; three brothers, Kenneth Fulfer of Xenia, Illinois, Delbert Fulfer of Clay City and Robert Fulfer of Plainfield; two sisters, Bessie Jean of Farina and Clela Logan of Xenia, Illinois; five grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
