SERVICES HELD WEDNESDAY FOR PARKQ CLUTTER

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Williamson Funeral Chapel for Mr. Park Clutter, Rev. Millard Marshall officiated, with burial in Bean cemetery.

Obituary

William Parker Clutter, second son of Cyrus and Ida Clutter, was born July 4, 1885 in the Little River, Kansas community. He died of a heart attack Monday morning, November 1, in the office of A. J. Williamson. "Park" as we all knew him, spent his boyhood and school years in Little River.

He married Aletha Rohr and to them were born five daughters. The oldest, Velma, died in infancy and the others are Mrs. Roy (Muriel) Colle, Little River; Mrs. Bertha Stock and Mrs. Harold (Hazel) Sorenson, both of Fullerton, California and Mrs. Joe (Helen) Morgan of Los Angeles, California.

In 1926 he married Miss Minnie Keith of Joplin, Missouri and they moved to Galveston, Texas where he was a bridge master of Intercostal Channels until his retirement.

Park came to Little River from Joplin, Missouri in May, 1962 and lived in a Wiliamson apartment. He spent his time caring for an invalid wife and his hobby of raising lovely flowers and garden converting their back yard into a little paradise.

Park was a sociable man and one who greatly valued old friends and found happiness in being back among them again.

He is survived by his wife; the four daughters; a brother, Frank of Oklahoma City; other relatives and many friends.
