Anthony J. Walters, 78, died Sunday at St. Anthony Hosepital. He was a resident of Catherine.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Catherine's Church, Catherine. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday at Brock's North Hill Chapel. Knights of Columbus third and fourth degree and parish wake services will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brock's North Hill Chapel.

Survivors include: his wife, Lidwina, of the home; six sons, Delbert, Hays, Daniel, Topeka, Pat, Ness City, Marvin, Ventura, Calif., and Herbert and Thomas, both of Catherine; five daughters, Mrs. Donald (Dolores) Giebler, Hays, Sr. M. Ann, Steubenville, Ohio, Sr. M. Rose, Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mrs. Les (Katie) Perino, Lansing, Mich., and Mrs. Alphonse (Nettie) Kuhn, Victoria; 29 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
