Hodgeson, James Sidney - - - Funeral services for James Sidney Hodgeson, 65, will be held at 4 p.m. today at the Mount Zions Baptist church in Ascension parish with interment following in the church cemetery, the Rev. George D. Lawrence officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Welsh Funeral Home. Hodgeson died at 8:50 p.m. yesterday at Our Lady of the Lake sanitarium after an extended illness. He was a retired employe of Standard Oil and he resided in Baton Rouge for 25 Years. He was a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include his wife; a son Lihue, Baton Rouge; four daughters, Mrs G. C. Carpenter, Port Vincent; Mrs Morgan Whittington, Mrs G. C. Shaw, and Mrs Russel Page, all of Baton Rouge; a brother Cleve of Galvez; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
