Duncan Eugene Noble, 70, of Vancleave, MS died on Friday, May 29, 2009 in Ocean Springs. Mr. Noble was a lifelong resident of Jackson County. He was employed with Noble's Sawmill and Ingalls Shipbuilding. He later became a commercial shrimper. He enjoyed woodworking and working in his yard. He was a member of Pentecostals of the Gulf Coast. Mr. Noble always put his family first.

Mr. Noble is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Mable Noble; brothers, James "Bud" Perez Andrews, Leo Elbert Noble, Jr., Arthur "Man" Noble; sisters, Helen Andrews Griffith, Dollie Mae Dunn; great-grandson, Kye Nathaniel Stringfellow.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rosemary Noble; two daughters, Jennifer Ann Stringfellow, Crystal Lynn Motes; son, Dana Scott Noble; sister, Linda Cumbest; brother, Robert Noble; six grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, June 1, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Shiloh Cemetery, Vancleave, MS.
Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs is in charge of arrangements.
