Grace Davis
Grace Davis, 76,, of, Osterburg, R.D. 1, died Saturday, June 11,1983, in Windber Hospital.
She was born, July 1,1906, in King Township, a daughter of the late William and Florence (Knisley)Berkheimer.
Surviving are her husband, Harry S., and these children: Evelyn Ebersole, of Osterburg; Anna Meredith, of Johnstown; William Lloyd Davis, of Imler; Louise Whysong, of Osterburg; Ruth Olive Davis, of Va.; and Agnes Neatrour, of Osterburg.
Nineteen grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren also survive along with these brothers and a sister: Dr. Park Berkheimer, of Fla.; Anson Berkheimer, of Imler; Dr. Joseph Berkheimer, of Waynesboro, Pa.; Dr. Ralph Berkheimer, of York; and Anna Mowry, of Alum Bank. She was preceded in death by infant twin sons, one daughter, and one brother.
Mrs. Davis was a member of the United Methodist Church at Weyant.
Funeral services: Tuesday, June 14, at 11 a.m. at the Edward Blackburn Funeral Home in Pleasantville, with Rev. John Fueller officiating. Burial in Osterburg Community Cemetery.
