SUSAN HOLLIDAY

Susan R. Holliday, daughter of Abe and Mary Ladd Umbenhower, was born Dec. 31, 1871, in Marion County, Iowa, and passed away at the Boyd Nursing Home July 29, 1962, after a long illness, at the age of 90 years, six months and 29 days.

Most of her life was spent in Lucas County with the exception of five years in Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1957. She leaves to mourn her passing two sons, Abe N. of Seattle, Wash., and Asel W. of Portland, Ore. Also surviving are six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, one brother, Edgar Umbenhower, and one sister, Mrs. Edna Zinn, both of Chariton.

Mrs. Holliday had been a member of the Coal Glen Methodist Church most of her life.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m., Aug. 1, at the Beardsley-Fielding Funeral Home, the Rev. Homer Max officiating. Interment was in the Coal Glen Cemetery.

SUSAN HOLLIDAY

Susan R. Holliday, daughter of Abe and Mary Ladd Umbenhower, was born Dec. 31, 1871, in Marion County, Iowa, and passed away at the Boyd Nursing Home July 29, 1962, after a long illness, at the age of 90 years, six months and 29 days.
