Headline: Rites Are Today For Ringgold Man
RINGGOLD, June 24 (Special) - William Jahugh Rowell, 82, died at his home in Fryeburg about 12:30 p.m. today after an illness of three weeks. Mr. Rowell was a retired farmer. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Monday at the Old Castor Church with burial following at Old Castor Cemetery. The Rev. Lamar Duncan of Fryeburg will 0fficiate and Rockett Funeral Home of Ringgold will have charge of burial arrangements.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Letha Bullock Rowell; two sons, Huey D. of Chestnut, Cecil B. of Shreveport, and three daughters, Mrs. John L. Hay of Jamestown, Mrs. T. N. Plunkett of Bienville, and Mrs. P. L. Brunson of Fryeburg; 37 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
