HUGO, Okla. - J.B. Alder, 74, of Greenville died Friday in Greenville. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. at Miller and Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dick McClure officiating. Burial is in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Mr. Alder was born Jan. 16, 1923, in Hugo; the son of Joseph and Mary Francis Alder. He owned and operated Choctaw Printing in Hugo for several years, before moving to Greenville three years ago.

He was a U.S. Army veteran; having served in World War II. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hugo.

Surviving are his wife, Judy Alder, of Greenville; one son, J.B. Alder Jr. of Greenville; and one sister, Cora Alder of Hugo.
