Funeral service for Mrs. Julia A. Garber, 89, widow of the late J. T. Garber, who died Monday (October 22) at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. F. Kiblinger, Route 2, Waynesboro, will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Ladd, tomorrow (Wednesday) at 3 p.m. with the Rev. D. W. Zipperer, conducting the services. Mrs. Garber had been in failing health for the past six months.

Born Julia A. Dovel, on August 13, 1856, in Page County. Mrs. Garber was twice married. Her first husband, Allen W. Kite, died in 1922. To this union were born five children: Mrs. William Sharp, deceased; N. M. Kite, of Staunton; E. W. Kite and Mrs. W. F. Kiblinger, of Waynesboro, and Maj. William A. Kite, of Miami, Fla. She is also survived by one brother, A. B. Dovel, of Shenandoah, and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Garber's body will rest at the home of her daughter until time of the funeral.
Honorary pallbearers will include Ernest Kiblinger, Lee Zirkle, William F. Coyner Jr., Sam Harper, Will Martin, John Showalter, Luther Frank, Bowman Quick and Wade Heatwole.
Acting as flower bearers will be Aldo Kite, Sylvester Kite, Sam Kite, Tressil Weaver, Oakey Kite, Irene Gregory, Louise Reid, Mary Kite, Rosa Vicks, Merlin Kiblinger and Elvin Kiblinger.
