Funeral services for Virginia Faith Charlton of Minco will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Assembly of God Church in Minco with Jim Ross and Josh Russell officiating. Burial will be in the Hazel Dell Cemetery under direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.
Mrs. Charlton died May 27 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born Oct. 9, 1927, in Gracemont. She was raised in Gracemont and graduated from Gracemont High School in 1945. She was a farm wife and homemaker and member of Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by her husband, Walter of the home; sons, Jim Charlton of Norman and Don Charlton of Anadarko; daughters, Sue Johnson and Judy Mitchell, both of Minco; brothers, Mallie Elrod of Grand Prairie, Texas, Weldon Elrod and Randy Elrod, both of Clovis, Calif.; sister, Sethena Murphy of Chowchilla, Calif.; 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
