Max Alan Knisley, 46, longtime Oklahoma City resident passed away Thursday, May 16, 1996 in Dallas, Texas. Max was born Sept. 13, 1949 in Oklahoma City and adopted by Bill and Delsye Zoe Goggin Knisley. He attended Putnam City High School and Oklahoma State University. He worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. and was a petroleum land man and also a chemical dependence counselor. He is survived by his wife Brandy of the home. Services will be held Monday, May 20, 1996, at 12:15 p.m. at Guardian West Funeral Home with the interment at Crescent Cemetery in Crescent, Oklahoma. (obit from the Daily Oklahoman, May 19, 1996).
