Miss Margaret L. Bingley, a clerk in the United States bureau of education, died last Sunday in Norfolk, Va., at the old Bingley homestead, NO. 712 Court street, after a severe illness. For seventeen years Miss Bingley was connected with the bureau and was noted as an efficient and painstaking clerk. She was the daughter of the Late William B. and Sophia H. Bingley of Norfolk, Va. The funeral took place from Trinity Church at 4 o’clock last Monday afternoon.
