Jack A. House, 67, Springfield, Mo., left this life at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 1999, in St. John's Regional Health Center.
Jack was born Aug. 8, 1931, in Billings, Mo., to Hubert and Marquerlte Carr House. He will be missed by his family and friends, but the heavens rejoice as he joins his parents, sisters, and brother.
He is survived by his wife, Joan House, of the home; a son and his wife, Jack and Robin House, Ozark; a daughter and her husband, Debra and Michael Owensby, Nixa; four grandchildren, Casey and Cade House, and Hunter and Seaton Owensby; a brother, Hubert Lee "Pat" House, Springfield; and two very special nieces, Wanda Johns, Ozark, and Brenda Lande, Michigan. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 1999, in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 2818 East Bennett, with Fr. Paul McLoughlin celebrant. Burial will be in Hazelwood Cemetery under the care of Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 East Walnut.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today In the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1944-A East Sunshine Street, Springfield, MO 65804.
