Frances was married to Sebert Asher Warren [1790], son of Jesse Warren [1770] and Rhoda Richards [1771], on March 9 1810. He died on 12 September 1853 in Polk Co MO. Frances had a sister, Elizabeth Winniford Swift, who married Sebert's brother, Peter Warren.

The Warren families emigrated into Robertson County Tennessee in 1814 from out of Franklin County Virginia with the Richards, Stewart, Jones, Hodges, and England families.

In the period of 1828-1830, many of these families moved on into Illinois and Missouri.

Their children were:
1. Hessie Ann WARREN [1811] VA married Samuel Smiley Sr.
2. John Wesley WARREN
3. Richard Swift WARREN April 22 1831.
4. Mary Ann WARREN
5. Stith Meade WARREN
6. Lewis WARREN
7. William WARREN
8. Franklin WARREN
9. Lemuel WARREN
10. Jackson WARREN
11. Anderson WARREN [1813]
