Mr. B. F. Simons, aged about 72 years, died at his home eight miles southeast of Itasca yesterday morning at 3 o'clock. His death was caused by an attack of la grippe(flu) coupled with the extremity of years. Deceased was one of the earliest settlers of Hill county. The remains were interred at Files cemetery this afternoon at 4 o'clock.
