Peter Long, brother of Jacob A. Long, of this city, died at his home in Thorntown, Boone county, Ind.*, on 10th inst., aged 75 years. He has been afflicted with disease of the kidneys for several years. He leaves a widow, one daughter and two sons, to mourn the loss of a good husband and father. The deceased removed from Pickaway county, to Indiana, in 1856, and was much esteemed in the community in which he lived.
