Son of Mr & Mrs G. W. Click; born Oct 6, 1894, Green Co, TN; educated in TN public schools; entered service Jul 26, 1918; trained Camp Greenleaf in the Hopsital Corps; he was rejected for overseas service (3) days before he contracted the influenza, which resulted in his death, Oct 2, 1918; He was a farmer at the time he entered service. After registration he was married to Pearlie Glover, of Roff, OK. Buried in the cemetery of Ada, OK. He was of the spirit of those young heroes who marched to the aid of the sritcken world and laid his life upon the altar of Liberty.
